Q: Do I have to wash my XO Good Night pillowcase differently?

A: As with many luxury and delicate fabrics, satin can snag. To best care for and promote longevity, turn inside out and wash using cool water by hand or machine wash in a mesh laundry bag and hang dry.

Q: How can your sets be vegan silk? Isn't satin, silk?

A: Satin refers to a weave structure, not a fabric and is often confused. Satin can be made from polyester, nylon, rayon, silkworm silk or wool. 

If as a child you remember weaving strips of construction paper to make a placemat or basket, satin weave structure is similar. Satin is woven by floating several yarns across the weft before sliding under the weft thread. Fewer interfaces lead to the shine and smoothness of this beautiful fabric. 

XO Good Night is 100% polyester satin.

Q : Your website only offers one shipping fee. Can I have my shipment expedited or even pick up instead?

A: Shipping is via Canada Post courier and typically takes a couple days.  One shipment can include up to 6-sets. 

If you'd like to pick up in Halton, this is an option too. Please message us.

Q: If I choose to return my order, how do I do that?

A: Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. If you purchased your set from a salon or retailer, please connect directly with them regarding their policies.

Q: I see that pillowcase sizes are queen only, how do I order a larger size please?

A: At this time, pillowcases are 20 x 30 " which fit queen and standard size pillows. King size pillowcases will be available in the future though along with more colours too!
